Jay Leno suggested we use a swear jar everytime VP Biden forgets there's a hot mic nearby.
My solution? Instead of having 22 pens for a president to sign his name to a bill, he uses ONE! Perhaps that's not all that funny, but I've always scratched my head on why that happens. It's all done for the sake of having souvenirs to hand out - still kind of stupid, IMO, but it's been a tradition for many years.
